How do I change my Credit Limit?

Answer

You can request for an increase or decrease of credit limit via:

  • Walk-in to our Maxis centres or MEPS
  • Online Customer Service Enquiries form
  • Mail to Maxis Communications Bhd, P.O Box 13222, 50802 KL.
  • E-mail to customercare@maxis.com.my
  • Fax to 03 - 7492 2950 and attention to the Credit Department
  • Call our customer service at 123

You will be notified within 3 working days via SMS when your request for an increase or decrease in the credit limit has been processed (approved or declined).

A notification message will be sent once you’ve reached 80% of your credit limit. You may encounter service interruptions should you reach 100% of your credit limit.
